One million wild animals are killed on U.S. roads EVERY DAY. To honor the violent deaths on my road, I spray painted sillouettes of the animals at the murder sites with the accompanying epitath, "Hit and Run Murder". After photographing the scene I would move the animal off the road.

As an extension of this project I have made large papier mache wall pieces of four of the animals, blue jay, fox, squirrel and racoon.
