Linda Marcille of Corinth, Vermont is primarily a fiber artist
however her works include monotypes, pen and ink drawings,
handmade paper collage, silk paintings and hand painted and
block printed silk scarves. She also writes poetry. Linda
studied photography through New York Institute of Photography
in the 1980's and after graduating moved to Hawaii to apprentice
in photography.
Linda's work can be seen in galleries such as the three Frog
Hollow Galleries in Burlington, Middlebury and Manchester
as well as in Artisans Hand in Montpelier. Linda also participates
in the Vermont Crafts Council’s Open Studio Tour Weekend
every year on Memorial Day Weekend in May.
