| this frescoed rotunda ceiling was part of a large commission. i was asked to fly to houston, where i worked in a 15,000 sq.ft. private estate for two months. each section of the oval was 4 feet wide and 2.5 feet high. there were 8 sections with a upper concave dome of clouds. these are all finger paintings on plaster in oil done with Scott Rags in a Box (lintfree paper towels). this ceiling took 3 weeks. i completed several other projects while there. |
